How do I link my accounting platform to Anatomy?

How do I navigate to Anatomy Accounting Bank Feed settings?
Anatomy Accounting Bank Feeds are in your Settings. To get there, look at the top right and click your Organization name → Settings. From there, select Data Integrations in the settings menu, then choose Accounting, this is where you can manage your Anatomy Accounting Bank Feed.
Which accounting systems are supported?
Anatomy currently supports Anatomy bank feed connections with the following accounting systems:
- QuickBooks Online (by Intuit)
- Sage
How do I connect an Anatomy Accounting Bank Feed?
On the Anatomy Accounting Bank Feed page, click the + Connect Accounting Bank Feed button. You will be prompted to select your accounting provider, either QuickBooks or Sage. Follow the setup instructions presented to you.
How do I disconnect an Anatomy Accounting Bank Feed?
If you need to disconnect an accounting system, navigate to Organization Settings → Data Integrations → Accounting. Find the accounting system you want to disconnect and click the Disconnect button.
Once you confirm, the connection will be removed and you will see an "Connection removed successfully" confirmation message. Your accounting system will no longer receive bank feed data from Anatomy.
How do I delete data stored by the third-party service provider?
When you connect an Anatomy Accounting Bank Feed, a secure third-party service provider stores your transaction data to maintain the connection between Anatomy and your accounting system.
Disconnecting your connection stops future syncing but does not automatically delete previously stored data. To request full deletion of your stored transaction data from the third-party provider, please contact our support team at support@anatomy.com.
In your email, include the following information so we can process your request promptly: your organization name, the accounting system that was connected (QuickBooks or Sage), and the approximate date you disconnected.

I connected the wrong Anatomy Accounting Bank Feed system.
Disconnect the incorrect accounting system using the steps above, then connect the correct one by clicking + Connect Anatomy Accounting Bank Feed again.
Can I connect both QuickBooks and Sage at the same time?
No, you can only connect to one accounting system at a time.
